Beautiful Sterling silver setting features a simple flattened rope trim with repousse framing the entire piece
This stone is beautiful natural Bisbee Turquoise with traces of limestone and Sky Blue Bisbee turquoise fading into a classic "smokey" richer blue hue
The famous Bisbee Arizona "Lavender Pit" mine is known worldwide for its massive size and the host rock does have a natural Red/Brown or some say lavender color; most Bisbee turquoise formed in and near this same host limestone material.
The lavender name is so appropriate but is actually referencing a Phelps Dodge executive from when the mine was fully operational. (the mine closed in the 1970's)

This Bisbee Turquoise gem weighs approximately 30.05 carats
This gemstone is NOT stabilized or treated, only mined, backed, carved and polished.
The turquoise is cut following the natural shape and contours of the raw nugget or vein; some dips and irregularities are intentionally created or left.
The bolo setting is approx. 56 MM long & 46.5 MM wide
Bisbee stone is approx. 32 mm long and 22 mm wide
The leather bolo cord measures approx. 41 inches from tip to tip.
This bolo has a Sterling Silver double loop bolo slide attached to the back (No Nickel parts rather than the old "bennett" style) the loops provide friction to secure the bolo in your desired position
