New Sterling Silver Bisbee Blue Turquoise Pendant Handmade by Native American Navajo Artist Harold Tahe
 
This Turquoise is Natural and comes from the famous Bisbee mine in Arizona. The Lavender Pit mine is known worldwide for its size and the host rocks natural lavender color; most Bisbee turquoise formed in this same host material.
The lavender name is so appropriate but is actually referencing a Phelps Dodge executive from when the mine was fully operational.  
(the mine closed in the 1970's)

This stone weights 48.0 carats 
This gemstone is NOT stabilized or treated, only mined, carved and polished.

This gem exhibits classic Bisbee characteristics blue transitioning into Blue/Green and gorgeous sky blue Bisbee; brown and lavender limestone conglomerate throughout

Natural turquoise gemstones such as this piece from the Bisbee mine are extremely collectable and rare.

 
 
The setting is handmade with an Floral design featuring the Bisbee Blue gemstone;  The large bail at the top allows for a variety of chain sizes
 
The Pendant approximately 67 MM long not including the bail and approx. 36 MM wide. This total weight Approx. over 30.5 grams

Stamped With Harold Tahe's Hallmark: "H  Tahe" and Sterling
 

This is hand made jewelry and will show evidence of tool marks, scratches, pits and other small imperfections in the silver and stones. Look at the pictures please
